International firm seeks Banking/Leveraged Finance lawyer - 6 month FTC role.

Due to a high volume of transactions this international firm seeks to appoint at least one additional lawyer on a fixed term basis. The team advises on a wide range of transactional debt financings, including lender-side and borrower-side real estate finance, leveraged and acquisition finance (usually borrower side) and secured and unsecured corporate lending.

Applications are sought from lawyers with upwards of two years’ PQE with relevant banking experience gained at a City/International firm.

This role will be offered on a six month fixed term contract basis.
