We are looking for an innovative, highly motivated individual to join our fast-paced General Administration Team within the Bank. You will provide exemplary standards of customer service and friendly, professional assistance to a variety of clients, in addition to assisting with a varied range of banking tasks.
The successful candidate will enjoy working as part of a team and will be able to assist other team members when needed. You will provide telephone cover ensuring all calls are answered in a friendly, knowledgeable and professional manner. All queries taken will either be dealt with directly or passed on to the correct department within the timescales laid down by the company policy. You will also be handling Bank correspondence which will be dealt with accurately, efficiently and within the set time limits. All correspondence and client enquiries must be dealt with confidentially and in line with security processes.
You will contribute to the success of the team and being willing to assist with other tasks when necessary as directed by the Line Manager and you will be expected to attend training sessions and take responsibility for your own Continuous Professional Development.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional standards of customer service and thrive on working in a changing environment. You will have strong literacy, numeracy, PC skills and will be able to demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail. You will be conscientious and diligent in your work approach. Excellent verbal communication skills, effective time management, as well as a flexible attitude to work are essential to meet our clients’ needs. An interest in horseracing and knowledge of banking procedures would be advantageous.
