Linc Cymru has a fantastic opportunity for a Bank Food Service Assistant at our Extra Care Schemes in Plas Bryn & Llys Enfys, Cardiff.
Extra Care provide a safe and homely environment for older and vulnerable people to live as independently as possible.
Your role will be in a busy kitchen, which provides delicious meals for our tenants and sometimes their family and friends too.
You’ll be one of the friendly faces they see every day when they use our brilliant on-site facilities which include a restaurant, hair and beauty salon, spa room and gardens.
What does this Bank Food Service job entail?
- As a Bank Food Service Assistant, you will carry out a variety of kitchen duties, from preparing vegetables to serving food and washing up – no two days will be the same.
- You will be fully trained, so please don’t worry if you are new to this kind of role.
- Keeping the kitchen, dining room and equipment sparkling clean will be one of your duties, so if you work in a ‘clean as you go’ way, this role will be perfect for you.
The role will provide extra support to the team, covering holiday, sickness and during busy periods. You will be offered any hours available, and you will be able to accept them dependant on your availability.
