Bank Administrator | Liverpool | Competitive Hourly Rate | Flexible Hours

We have an exciting opportunity for Administrators to join our Temporary Staffing Bank. This is a zero hours contract with varied shifts available between the hours of 7.30am – 9pm Monday-Saturday.

Duties and Responsibilities;

  • Take incoming calls from patients regarding appointment bookings and general enquiries
  • Booking appointments on the system
  • Making outbound calls to patients to discuss treatments
  • Dealing with medical records, ensuring a hugh standard of confidentiality at all tim es and exercise absolute discretion in the use of all patient/consultant and staff information.
  • Other administration duties as required

What we’re looking for;

  • Excellent phone manner
  • Previous customer service and administration experience with the ability to cope with a busy clinic environment
  • Good computer skills
  • Be flexible to cover varied duties as and when needed
