An opportunity has arisen for an experienced clinical nurse to work as a Tissue Viability Nurse within the Birmingham Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust Tissue Viability Team. We need a supportive team-player with a passion for this specialty who is capable of confident independent working & logical decision making.

The applicant will need to demonstrate a commitment to delivering high quality specialist care, providing a clinical lead and role model for other colleagues within the service care. A high standard of clinical documentation is required.

This is a clinical post with a strong focus on advising & supporting other staff in safe, appropriate & effective care provision. This is achieved through face-to-face patient contact, non-face-to-face telephone assessment/advice & staff teaching programmes.
