The senior sister / charge nurse / ODP will provide leadership to a team of registered nurses and health care workers in the delivery of clinically effective, high-quality care with responsibility for standards ofpatient care and safety. The post holder will be responsible for pro-active management of both the patients and team as part of the multi-disciplinary team within their clinical area. The post holder will provide nursing an operational management ensuring a high-quality service with effective use of resources within the department.
