The successful post holder will support all our inpatient OT teams with patient flow related tasks. Tasks will include supporting with community work such as delivery and installation of equipment but also patient facing clinical tasks within the hospital and community such as assisting with patient assessments. You will work collaboratively and be supported within integrated specialist therapy teams who are providing holistic, patient-centered therapy that empowers patients to achieve their goals. There will be an expectation to be part of the weekend working.The successful candidate will join a team passionate about lifelong learning and career mapping. You will receive regular supervision and be supported throughout the year to consider your leaning needs through an appraisal process.
