North Somerset Intensive Team have two vacancies for mental health workers to join our team.We provide intensive community support for individuals who are experiencing a mental health crisis, covering all of North Somerset area.You will be joining a team who are passionate about providing excellent care in the community to enable people to remain at home with family and carers when in crisis.You will have opportunities to provide interventions such as anxiety management, support around medication and carer support.We have a variety of additional roles that you can involve yourself in and actively encourage ongoing learning to enhance your development.You can expect to receive excellent supervision and to be able to engage with support from a range of highly skilled practitioners within the senior team to support you in your role. The work can be demanding, but within a supportive and skilled team. We are looking for someone who is committed to providing high quality support to our service users and those who care for them.
