You keep a promotional calendar, track all B2B marketing efforts, analyse data and use your findings to improve Aston Martin’s retail strategies. You will support the functions of Retail, Merchandise & Licensing with administration, invoicing and reporting and support with the preparation and execution of merchandise activities across brand centres, dealerships, events and internal teams, including stock and sell-through managementKey Duties & Responsibilities
  • Develop strong relationships with regional teams and the Aston Martin dealer network including setting up regular contact points, to support sales conversations and gather feedback to improve product offer and processes
  • Working with product management, sales, design, legal and other relevant departments to provide updated content and marketing collateral for assigned accounts
  • Monitor changes in product sales and performance across assigned accounts, and identify improvement opportunities, including creation and development of reporting documents and processes
  • Cultivating standards, systems and best practices for sell-in conversations, marketing support (content), ad-hoc opportunities, and new product forecasts and feedback
  • Raising invoices for Merchandise and Licensing, and providing first line support to accounts and customers
  • Supporting Brand centres and assisting in the preparation of global events and attending as required
  • Become the go-to person for the business to manage and incoming B2B customer and internal merchandise requests
  • Developing subject matter expertise in B2B specific product categories and taking ownership of daily business administration
  • Having the ability to multi-task, prioritize and successfully meet several deadlines at once while maintaining attention to detail
  • Supporting ad-hoc requirements and projects for the Merchandise and Licensing team as required
Qualification & Experience
  • Experience in account management or B2B/wholesale marketing
  • An understanding of luxury retail/consumer brands and supporting HNWI sales strategies
  • Support and management of cross functional teams and projects through to implimentation
  • Data analysis and financial reporting, including creation and management of reports and processes
  • Strong understanding of retail performance metrics and product performance analysis for managed growth
  • Working knowledge of MS Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Lead Management, campaign systems
  • Commercial sales, negotiation, and influencing to achieve business
