We are looking for an Azure Engineer to:

  • Build and deliver production grade AKS clusters for projects
  • Be responsible for Automation of AKS build and other related components
  • Spike and deliver new AKS/Azure features
  • Build and deploy helm charts for Kubernetes deployments
  • Triage and Fix operations issues related to Kubernetes and apps deployed on AKS
  • Build and maintain CICD pipelines or Kubernetes related automations
  • Work with different teams to achieve business objectives
  • Achieve cost optimization by driving reporting and accounting at the portfolios/application level

Skills required:

  • Adept in cloud computing concepts and good experience in Azure
  • In-depth Knowledge on Compute/Storage and Admin
  • Strong understanding and Experience in Kubernetes
  • Good understanding of Dockers, Helm, Ingress, DNS , Persistent storage and other concepts related to Kubernetes
  • Experience of any infra as code tools like Terraform, Ansible with experience in one of the scripting languages such as Shell, PowerShell, Groovy etc.
  • Experience in command line utilities like Azure CLI, KubeCtl
  • Experience in CICD tools like Azure pipelines, Jenkins
  • Good knowledge of SCM process and experience in SCM tools
  • Basic knowledge in one programming language such as Java, Python
  • DevOps and Agile mindset
  • Optimization best practice and consultancy
  • Migration experience is desirable
