Our team of support workers make a difference for those who want to live independently. Work in one of our small, person-centered Autism services where you’ll be delivering 1:1 support.- £20,500 per annum (£9.20 p/h)
- Experienced support worker
- Full time permanent position
- (Part time applicants considered)
- Set rota - to include alternate weekends 8am - 8pm (42 hours per week)
- 3 nights week one / 4 nights week two
- To work in Morecambe Area

You will assist people with daily living, from personal care to meeting with friends and family, accessing the local community, budgeting, helping to build resilience, organising medication, daily household tasks and helping to set goals.

What We Need From You
Everyone working in social care needs a good standard of English, as well as numeracy and digital skills. You will need to work effectively in teams and be good at problem solving.
