An opportunity has arisen to join our Commercial practice group within the London office. The role will have a focus on Tech Transactions, supporting both complex technology related projects and the day to day contracting requirements of companies being changed by technology and providing technology products and services.
The candidates will need to understand and have experience of technology related work as well as general commercial contracting experience based on procurement and outsourcing processes, demonstrating their involvement and understanding of the contracts, risks and relationships in one or more of the following key areas for the Tech Transactions group, namely:

  • Connectivity (eg IoT, cloud, hosting, telecoms)
  • IT (eg SaaS, software development & licensing, VARs)
  • Non-personal data (eg licensing, development and exploitation).
