- Help us see the future & be creative. You must be a lifelong learner with foundational knowledge and experience in Cyber Security Operations.
- Solid understanding of best practices in security operations, such as in threat detection and response (SOC, SIEM, MDR, MSSP) or exposure management (vulnerability assessment, attack surface management).
- Understanding of and curiosity about the larger business impact of new technology and business trends on cyber security operations and how these can be navigated successfully.
- Understanding of, or willingness to provide advice on proposals and statements of work for security operations products and services.
- Understanding of, or willingness to analyze end-user and market trends from internal and external data sources using a variety of tools and methods.
- 3-5 years of relevant and demonstrable experience.
- Bachelor’s or equivalent experience.
- Willing to occasionally travel, regionally and globally.
- Business Acumen. Understand how an organization operates (risks and opportunities) and the drivers of a company’s performance.
- Intellectual Agility. Critical thinker with the ability to process and understand information quickly, diagnose the issue in order to take positions and make actionable and impactful recommendations.
