Having become synonymous with the sale of some of the finest homes in Cheltenham and around Gloucestershire, the company has been running since the early 90’s, and prior to that, the 1950’s as Lear & Lear. Responsibilities

General agency duties including the generation, booking and carrying out of valuations and viewings, managing prospective buyers registered on our database, negotiating offers and progressing sales to a successful conclusion.

Working Hours

Monday-Friday – 09.00-17.30.

Saturday – 09.00-12.30 (no more frequently than once a month – time in lieu during the following week).

Remuneration

Competitive and dependent upon experience.

Other Information

20 days holiday in addition to public bank holidays and an extended Christmas break.

Full driving license required. Parking provided.
