Property Manager - Guildford - Hybrid working - c£39k

We’re working with a multi-office, long established firm of Surveyors, Agents and Auctioneers who oversee a long-held, diverse portfolio of blocks across London, Surrey and Hampshire.

As a result of sustained growth, they now require a competent Property Manager as follows:

  • 2 years autonomous Property Management experience, undertaking the full range of duties from budget setting to site inspection, major works and insurance
  • Overseeing a mostly RMC portfolio in and around Central Guildford with limited new build and freeholder sites closely surrounding
  • Hybrid working once settled
  • Personal service, long term commitment and accountability are key - our client has built its reputation (and portfolio) on these values and expects to recruit a likeminded property manager
  • IRPM beneficial but can be supported in post for those who wish to qualify - our client is happy to invest in personal development and provide a career path to suit
  • Our client may consider a strong Assistant Property Manager keen to step up, providing they are ready to handle their own portfolio

The suitable Property Manager will live in (or within sensible range of) Guildford, come from a stable career history and prefer independent practice over larger corporate agency.

Salary for the successful Property Manager will start at up to £39k with reviews and uplifts based on tenure and performance.
