Health & Safety & Fire Risk Assessor - Home Based (UK Wide) - £ NegotiableOur client is a long established independent block management company with offices across the Midlands, South West of England, South East of England, South Coast and M4 corridor, servicing RMC and developer blocks within compact portfolios.Within their block management team, they now require an additional Health & Safety / Fire Risk Assessor for the inspection of residential buildings to ensure compliance with current and future Health & Safety / Fire Risk regulations and legislation.Working from home the suitable Health & Safety / Fire Risk Assessor will undertake health and safety risk assessments and fire safety inspections, liaising with clients to ensure understanding, compliance, and proactive resolution of Health and Safety related issues in a timely mannerIn addition, the Health & Safety / Fire Risk Assessor will create remedial work schedules if required, attend client meetings when necessary, undertake peer review/validation of works, provide technical advice to clients and provide specialist, technical advice and support in line with the appropriate Legislation.As well as having extensive Health & Safety / Fire Risk experience, the suitable Health & Safety / Fire Risk Assessor will have a full clean driving licence, travel as part of their day to day working activity and stay overnight where required.Health & Safety / Fire Risk Assessor applicants MUST hold NEBOSH and Fire Risk Assessment (BAFE/IFCC/IFPO/IFSM/IFE/FRACS etc) or similar professional qualifications/memberships.Salary for the successful Health & Safety / Fire Risk Assessor is negotiable on experience.
