A huge part of doing our best is offering choice! We want every customer to feel like a ‘kid in a sweet shop’ and be excited about the styles available in their size. With this in mind, we are looking for an Assistant Merchandiser to join our Merchandising team in Leamington Spa.

About the Role

Offering a wide range of choice to our customers may sound straightforward however we offer styles in 100 sizes via mail order, our website and across our 27 shops. One style in one colour can have over 2000 stock locations! Our wide range of sizes and the complexity of our processes means even the simplest activity becomes a mathematical challenge, overlaid with your understanding of our product ranges and the role each individual style and size has in delivering an amazing choice for our customers. Forecasting sales, creating size ratios, analysing current sales trends and assisting with planning and buy quantities for our product ranges are just some of the key areas of focus in this role.

In our Merchandising team, you will work closely with the Buying team to deliver the best choice and size range to both excite our customers and achieve our sales budgets. This is an exciting time at Bravissimo with big growth plans and you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Swimwear, Nightwear & Innovation ranges.

About You

We are interested in speaking to people with at least one year’s Merchandising experience, particularly at Merchandising Assistant or Assistant Merchandiser level, and who has a genuine connection to Bravissimo’s purpose and is highly analytically minded. Bravissimo is a fast paced, ambitious and entrepreneurial led business where making a difference is what drives everyone, from our teams in our shops through to head office.

This is an ideal role for someone looking to progress their career in Merchandising, and who is ambitious, curious and passionate about both numbers and product. You will be driven by using data insights to drive business growth and support with delivering the best ranges possible for our customers.

You’ll be highly analytical and comfortable with numbers, but also have an affinity for understanding our customers and our products to get to the story behind the data. You will be a logical thinker with a questioning approach, who is able to deliver high level analysis as well as doing detailed work at individual size level. You’ll see data as patterns of customer behaviour and you’ll use your empathy and understanding of our customers as well as commercial acumen to make great recommendations. You will have the confidence to challenge the norm, push back the boundaries and deliver the solution that is right for Bravissimo.

Proactive in nature, you will be able to work independently in your areas of responsibility. It is essential that you are highly organised with great communication skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
