An exciting, career enhancing opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Management Accountant to join a prestigious, dynamic organisation based on the outskirts of Waterlooville, Hampshire.Offered on a 12 month fixed term contract basis, this vacancy has arisen due to unprecedented workloads and will be based in a very professional, diverse and experienced team.What will the Assistant Management Accountant role involve?
  • Investigating variances and gathering financial data in order to produce financial reports;
  • Assisting with budgeting process;
  • Liaising with other all levels of staff regarding price queries;
  • Analysis of financial data and suggesting improvements;
  • Ad hoc duties as required.
Suitable Candidate
  • Actively studying towards the AAT qualification (or equivalent);
  • Will possess at least 12-18 months accounts /analysis experience;
  • Will have good Excel skills (pivot tables, look ups) and previous working knowledge of accounts based systems.
