My client, a specialist UK based Engineering and Environmental Consultancy, is searching for an Assistant Hydrogeologist to join an expanding Water Environment Team based in Shrewsbury.

It is essential that applicants have a strong academic background including a MSc and/or BSc in Hydrogeology and have experience working for a UK based Consultancy as a Hydrogeologist or Geologist. You are expected to have experience completing Hydrogeological Risk Assessments, Borehole Monitoring and Borehole Appraisals.

As an Assistant Hydrogeologist you will join a supportive team of Consultants based in Shrewsbury. You will be expected to complete the following;

  • Hydrogeological Impact Assessments.
  • Water Quality Analysis.
  • Borehole Appraisals and Monitoring on site.
  • Data management.
  • Water Quality Monitoring.
  • Contaminated Land Assessments.
  • Groundwater Monitoring.
  • GIS Mapping.
