Notting Hill Prep School is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic musician to teach and inspire a love of Music throughout our School. The successful candidate will be Kodaly inspired, have excellent piano skills, be confident in front of an audience and relish the idea of involving the whole school community in making music.

Music and performance is in the very DNA of Notting Hill Prep, and the performance opportunities at our school grow more ambitious and imaginative each year. The successful candidate will work in close collaboration with the Director of Music and across the school, rehearsing choirs, choosing plays to perform, arranging music, accompanying performers, and helping to programme spectacular, inclusive and uplifting concerts.

This is a part-time role: 2 days per week during term time.

Candidates invited for interview can expect to teach an observed lesson and/or lead an assembly, have a guided tour of the school, meet members of the Music Department and have an interview with the Director of Music and another member of the Senior Management Team.
