About the role

As the Assistant Director of Food and Beverage, you will be working along side the Director of Food and Beverage in ensuring all of our F&B outlets are delivering exceptional service to all of our guests. Working to ensure profitability across all Food and Beverage outlets, you will work hand in hand with heads of departments. You will oversee the quality delivered in all departments and handle guest complaints, ensuring a high level of communication throughout the F&B division. This position will assist in the preparation of the annual budget, as well as drive and lead projects for seasonal times of the year. We are looking for an Assistant Director of Food and Beverage who will be able to assist in the strategic positioning of our Food and Beverage offerings of The Carlton Tower Jumeirah.

You will be a role model for Heads of Departments across the hotel, coaching and guiding them with your wealth of knowledge to be able to elevate the offerings through creation and innovation.

About you

• Ideally experience in a similar position within a luxury 5 star environment is desirable
• Excellent level of English
• Effective organisational skills; able to prioritise tasks and self-manage a workload
• Excellent personal presentation with a warm and welcoming personality.
• Friendly, approachable and professional
• Have a strong eye for detail
