Job ProfileAssistant CDM Advisor - required for my client who are an Engineering Consultancy. Due to increased workload, the company are looking for an Assistant CDM Advisor to work in the offices in Northamptonshire. The Assistant CDM Advisor will be joining the expanding division.The ideal Assistant CDM Advisor will have or will be working towards membership of the Association for Project Safety or IOSH and have a Professional Construction and Health and Safety qualification. The most successful candidate will also have design, project or site management experience and willingness to gain the knowledge and experience in an enjoyable but sometimes challenging role.Assistant CDM Advisor Position Overview
  • Preparing CDM documentation
  • Writing reports, producing files/manuals, office administration etc.
  • Attending meetings - internal and external
  • Responding to technical queries
  • Reviewing designs, risk management,
  • Managing your portfolio of varied projects
  • Offer ideas to improve the company and the opportunity to see them through
Assistant CDM Advisor Position Requirements
  • A high level of project management skills will be essential
  • Degree qualified or holding relevant technical qualifications in suitable discipline.
  • NEBOSH Construction Certificate or similar would be advantageous
  • Working towards membership of the Association for Project Safety or IOSH
  • Knowledge of CDM Regulations 201
  • Previous experience in a similar role as a CDM Consultant / Principal Designer
  • Understanding of design and construction drawings.
  • UK Driving Licence
