Our Client is a national Tier 1 contractor with an excellent reputation for quality and delivery.

Due to the expansion of their projects and proposals team they are recruiting for an assistant bid manager/proposals manager.

Applicants interested in the position will have the following skillsets:
  • Experience of managing the PQQ lifecycle process, from client document issue, through to working with the internal team and submitting a compliant submission
  • A tmulti-tasker, good under pressure, able to
work to tight deadlines and react to last minute requests, whilst

maintaining high standards
  • A thorough and detailed approach to producing quality submissions and an appreciation for both the ’content’ and ’context’ that is required
  • Experience of using Portals for
tender/PQQ submission management
  • Proofreading, writing, reviewing and editing
  • Producing case studies and CVs
  • Collating best practice evidence for our Knowledge Library
  • Some basic Knowledge of the construction industry
  • Good knowledge of MS Word/Powerpoint
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel
  • Good knowledge of Adobe InDesign - capable of using InDesign to build PQQ/Tender documents
