RG Consultancy are thrilled to be working with an established and growing Manufacturing company in Runcorn who are looking for an Assistant Accountant to join their small Finance Team on a permanent, full-time basis.This is a great opportunity for somebody who is looking to develop and grow within a company with the support of the Financial Director.Duties
  • Prepare journal entries for review and posting
  • Inventory checks and reconciling for monthly costings
  • Ensure internal controls are adhered to and monitored, including any compliance reporting to group
  • Balance sheet reconciliations
  • Accrurals and prepayments
  • Investigate and explain differences in actual vs budget / forecast
  • Provide cover for AP & AR when required
  • Review and maintain accounts ensuring costs are allocated correctly
