Corby, £11.00ph Possible Permanent role after successful temporary period, Monday - Thursday 6.00am - 4.300pm *4 day working week*Market leading manufacturers and suppliers of standard & Bespoke Cable Assembly and Electronic components are seeking Assembly Operator for their busy manufacturing facility, to join a team of Assemblers in producing Harnesses and Wiring looms, Connectors, Adaptors, Electronic components, Control and automation products and Automotive aftermarket parts as per customer requirements.Bench assembling of electrical components/wiring.Laying out cabling as preparation for the electrical process of build.Using hand held cutting appliances, bench presser, electrical screwdriver and crimpersAssisting with quality checks, highlighting any issues to supervisor prior to despatch.Completing all relevant paperwork.Packing product into boxes. Working to production targetsHousekeeping of workshop area, ensuring all H&S regulations are adhered to at all timesWe would expect the successful Assembly Operator, to demonstrate previous experience in a similar Assembler/ Bench Assembly role. We are keen to hear from candidates who have worked within the electronic industry. Have the ability to work as part of a quality focused team, work well to time deadlines, be able to follow work sheets and diagrams.You will be joining small family run manufacturing company, who have been established for over 20 years, who have an enviable reputation in their field of expertise. You will be reporting directly into the Production Manager.
