Assembly Operative’s – Days

We are currently recruiting for a friendly manufacturing company based in Ecclesfield who are looking for experienced assembly operatives to join their busy team.


Hours of work:

  • Monday to Thursday 6am – 3.30pm
  • £9.75 per hour increasing to £11.41 after 12 weeks or earlier if fully trained
  • Weekends off!
  • Overtime available
  • Permanent contracts available

Main duties of the job:

  • Assembling parts and components by hand at a fast pace
  • Use of hand tools and use of hand-eye co-ordination
  • Manual lifting will be required
  • Packing, shrink wrapping, labelling, boxing and prepping orders for despatch
  • Stores work, picking, movement of stock

Skills Required

  • Candidates must have experience in a similar role
  • Must have a positive attitude to work, good attention to detail and the ability to work with various production equipment.
  • Must have the ability to meet targets and work to deadlines
