We have a great chance for you to work as a Assembly Operative on a 4 on 4 off nights shift where you will regularly get four days off to yourself. You will be working for a local employer of choice who pride themselves on supporting and developing their employees.

This role is based at Cannington, Bridgwater and the organisation have a fantastic reputation for employee well being, engagement and development opportunities, with many of their senior staff members having started out as Assembly Operatives.

As a Assembly Operative you will be:
Running various machinery to fill and pack products
Cleaning down machinery at the end of production run
Carrying out Quality Control checks on finished products
Labelling and packaging products ready for despatch
Carrying out health and safety checks on products and site checks If you have previously worked as a production operative, assembly operative or machine operator then we want to hear from you today! Any experience in a fast paced, food manufacturing environment would be a great asset for this role.

Hours of work are 6am – 6pm or 6pm – 6am on static days or nights depending on your preference.

Rates of pay are £9.36 for days and £9.97 for nights on a rolling 4 on 4 off shift pattern

Own transport or the ability to get to Cannington is essential due to shift times. This is initially on a temporary basis with potential to become permanent.
