Adecco are delighted to be supporting our client within the hospitality industry who are seeking a AreaStock Control Manager & EPOS System. The position will be based at the Head Office in Thatcham but will require travelling to sites and involve overnight stays.

The role is working mixed between 9am - 5pm and 7am - 3pm (40 hours per week) and offering a salary of £25,000, plus benefits including performance bonus, Perk Pal and travel expenses.

Duties Include
  • Ensure that the sites POS till systems and stock control systems are operating correctly and that the losses to the company are minimal
  • Maintaining and building great relationships with the site management teams and making sure they have order management support
  • Receiving and processing orders from sites
  • Managing invoice pricing and product sourcing
  • Stock auditing
  • Checking supplier invoices
  • Updating Epos prices and products
  • Be the focal contact point with managers for day-to-day orders and stock control
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
  • Highly effective customer service skills to build and maintain good working relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Excellent attention to detail with data entry and order processing experience.
  • Knowledge of stocktaking and auditing, ideally within the hospitality industry
  • IT Knowledge and Microsoft excel.
  • Ideally, you will have a good knowledge of EPOS systems, or have the ability, to learn and adapt to bespoke systems and processes.
