Opportunity

The Area Manager is responsible for the development, lead, implementation, growth, profitability, and maintenance in his area. The Area Manager will have initial focus on the support alignment and further development of existing distributors, finding potential distributors in specific countries along with providing all kind of sales development and support to achieve targets.

Zone: South Africa and surrounded countries. The zone could be adapted depending on the business needs.

Location: UK, Europe, Africa, or Middle East

Skills/Requirements
  • Mechanical or Electrical education and/or equivalent experience within the power generation industries.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a sales position and distributors managements
  • Technical knowledge as well as knowledge of products are necessary
  • Focused on customers and willing’s to travel at least 50% of the time.
  • Good relationship skills and dynamic profile.
  • Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks, good time management.
  • South African market knowledge
  • French would be an extra
