Mears are now looking to recruit 2 x Apprentice Joiners to join their dedicated team in Rotherham.

As an Apprentice, this role is the perfect role to kick start a career in a business environment, working as part of our dedicated Team.
We are offering a Salary of up to £18,519 depending on experience and qualifications. We also offer some great company benefits.

You Will Be Involved In

An enthusiastic apprentice who will work under the direction, guidance and supervision of an experienced mentor to support the delivery of excellent refurbishment, repairs and maintenance service, whilst working to achieve a number of skills and qualifications.

What You Need To Have
  • Functional skills in both Math’s and English
  • The ability to learn and develop a thorough knowledge of the skills, technology and safety procedures required to carry out the full range of tasks
  • Strong communication skills
  • The ability to understand and interpret work instructions
  • Be able to establish and maintain good customer/client relationships
What Are We Looking For

As an Apprentice we’re looking for someone who would like to explore their career opportunities through education. We want someone who has been able to demonstrate commitment, and a strong mentality to work.
You will have excellent customer service skills, the ability to think on your feet, prioritise your workload and always willing to go the extra mile.
The ideal candidate for this role will be able to demonstrate, enthusiasm, flexibility and the willingness to progress any ad-hoc tasks as required.
