Apprentice IT Helpdesk Executive

Job overview:

You will have the opportunity to gain valuable skills, knowledge and experience as you complete an IT systems and networking - Cloud Network Specialist - Level 3 Apprenticeship.

Primary duties include:

• Desk-based helpdesk role as part of a small customer service team
• Processing and managing customer orders
• Support existing customer services to minimise downtime ensuring a smooth service
• Keeping company systems and records up to date
• Provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude
• Confidently communicate with customers and suppliers incoming and outgoing communication via phone and email
• Coordinate between departments to deliver complex solutions
• Work with suppliers to deliver solutions on time
• Raise escalations and complaints when required
• Perform other miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
• Full training will be provided by the Company at all stages of development

Entry requirements:

You need to have 5 GCSE’s:

• Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades D or above
• 3x GCSE’s grade A-C in any other subject

You must not already have a qualification in a similar subject at the same level, or higher level than this apprenticeship.

Working week:

5 days per week,Monday – Friday,9 am-5 pm,Details to be confirmed with employer

Salary:

You will be paid £192.37 per week whilst in your apprenticeship.
