Job Description:

We are currently looking for an experienced Applications Engineer with a strong background in Application C++ programming and C embedded development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing software modules and systems in accordance with software specifications and industry design guidelines.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop software modules and systems using C++ programming language.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather software requirements and define project scope.
  • Create and maintain software specifications and documentation.
  • Implement software solutions in accordance with design guidelines and industry best practices.
  • Perform unit testing and debugging of software modules to ensure functionality and quality.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Collaborate with hardware engineers to integrate software components with embedded systems.
  • Identify and resolve software issues and bugs in a timely manner.
  • Stay updated with the latest developments in software engineering and embedded systems.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in C++ programming and software development.
  • Familiarity with embedded systems development and C embedded development.
  • Strong understanding of software design principles and design patterns.
  • Experience with software development tools and version control systems.
  • Knowledge of software testing methodologies and debugging techniques.
  • Familiarity with general industry design guidelines and best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
