As our Appian Engineer, you will participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle which includes scoping, technical design, implementation, documentation, testing, deployment and support of application developed for our customers.

You will not only become the expert at building process applications in the Appian software, but they will also become business process experts in the customer industries they work and are responsible for.

You will also be responsible for having a direct impact on the Appian team development enabling continuous improvement to the service provided to our customers.

What you’ll need to do the role?

  • Enjoy working with clients to define business processes and gather functional system requirements.
  • Prior experience with software engineering, (ideally in a ERP, CRM, BPM/Workflow, Data Integration Architecture or EAI)
  • Passionate about technology: Modern Responsive Web Applications, Mobile-First Solutions, Composite applications.
  • Comfortable coding in Java, JavaScript, .Net and other programming languages
  • Demonstrated past success in cross-functional teams building products using agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills
