Are you a Prescriber looking for an exciting new opportunity? Kirkby Community Primary Care Centre are looking for up to 37.5 hours.
You will be an autonomous practitioner working independently and in conjunction with other health care professionals.
Minor injury and illness qualification and the ability to maintain and monitor high standards of care, experience in care homes is essential.
