Job Description

  • Provide AML and sanctions legal advice to support the company’s operations
  • Conduct legal research and analysis related to AML and sanctions
  • Advise on AML and sanctions risk in contracts and transactions
  • Develop and implement AML and sanctions compliance policies and procedures
  • Conduct training on AML and sanctions compliance
  • Stay abreast of changes in AML and sanctions laws and regulations
  • Support the legal department in other areas as needed

The Successful Applicant

A successful AML and Sanctions Lawyer should have:

  • An LLB degree or equivalent
  • Qualified lawyer
  • Experience in AML and sanctions law
  • Strong research and analysis skills
  • An ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly
  • Experience working in a professional services firm is a plus
