Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team daily to work to their full potential and provide an environment when colleagues can produce their best work
  • Ensure and provide market leading customer service throughout the store and be the lead point of contact for all customer queries
  • Lead colleagues in accordance with the company’s ethos and principles
  • Monitor and comply with legal and company health and safety laws, standards and guidelines to meet the stores KPI’s
  • Independent store management in the absence of the Store/Assistant Managers


For this role you will have

  • Experience of leading and developing a team in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent time management, problem solving and delegation skills#
  • A real energy and enthusiasm for customer focus and the best customer experience in the market
  • Experience in monitoring, managing and achieving set KPI’s
  • Experience in maximising sales, minimising costs and optimising operational efficiency
