NATS Solutions are currently seeking to recruit an ATCO to join their team based at Barkston Heath in Lincolnshire. NATS Solutions provide ADI services to Military and Civilian aircraft in accordance with both CAA and MAA regulations.

Operating to Civil and Military Regulatory requirements and Company procedures, the successful applicant will provide an air traffic service to ensure the safe, orderly and expeditious flow of air traffic, both on the ground and flying in the ATZ at Barkston Heath.

Other duties:

The successful applicant will be expected to fully embrace key underpinning functions such as safety management and training processes to assist both the Unit and the wider overarching Marshall Contract.

The post holder will report directly to the Senior Air Traffic Controller and must demonstrate the highest professional standards as a core member of the operational team at Barkston Heath.

Essential skills and experience:

  • All applicants are required to hold or attain a Class 3 European Medical Certificate.
  • A valid UK ADI Rating (applications may be considered from individuals who do not currently hold any ratings, as training maybe provided to the right candidate, based on individual skills and experience).
  • Applicants must have the ability to think laterally and to remain calm under pressure.
  • Excellent team working skills.
  • Ability to work shifts
