The Firm

Wiseman Consulting Limited is working with an HNW firm on the outskirts of Gloucestershire in Cirencester for a new Rural & Agriculture Solicitor from NQ – 5 PQE. This role is to support one of the firm’s Senior Associates who is a specialist in their field.

Our client has a high quality of work and a client base of HNW clientele from the Cotswolds and London, as well as areas all over the South of the UK. They act for farming families and businesses as well as clients with rural land and rural businesses.

They are a medium-sized boutique firm with expertise in property and the ability to compete with the larger, premier law firms in Gloucestershire. Many of the Solicitors who move here are from the Top 100 law firms in Gloucestershire, and their low turnover rate is a testament to their fantastic working culture.

This is a brilliant opportunity to work alongside an expert in Property and Agriculture with plenty of progression opportunities.

The Role

We are looking for an Agricultural and Property Solicitor NQ – 5 PQE to work alongside a Senior Associate in the firm’s property department.

Our client handles a range of matters, including.

• Family farming business structures
• Planning regimes
• Leasing and machinery contracts
• Sales and Purchase of farms and farmland
• Land entitlements.
• Health and Safety considerations

Alongside its expertise and dedicated departments, the firm has established long-term relationships with Estate Agents and Financial Advisors, so further expertise is available if they require even more support.

Whether they are acting for a family farm, fresh produce distribution company or other type of agri-business, the firm is a fantastic place for a Solicitor looking to improve or specialise in this field.
