Avocet Legal is looking to recruit a Solicitor or Legal Executive to join the Agricultural & Rural Property team of a top law firm in Salisbury. The successful candidate will ideally have Agricultural & Rural Property experience or Commercial Property experience and a keen interest in progressing their career within Agricultural & Rural Property.

Agricultural & Rural Property Lawyer responsibilities include:

  • You will run your own caseload of Agricultural & Rural Property matters
  • You will advise farmers and other rural land owners on managing their business, family affairs, succession planning and other related country issues

Agricultural & Rural Property Lawyer requirements:

  • You will be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with either Agricultural & Rural Property experience or Commercial Property experience
  • You will ideally have some knowledge or experience in Agricultural Law including the sale and purchase of farms and other rural property, renewable energy work, agricultural tenancies, equestrian properties, sporting leases and a range of diverse farms and estates property issues
  • You will be ambitious and looking to progress your career with a leading law firm
