Nixor are currently hiring for a well-known global brand as they look to bring on board and Agile Trainer. As a business my client are going through a huge Agile Transformation and as a result have developed a number of courses to help educate the wider business on wider Agile concepts, Scrum Master skills and Product Management. As a result they are now are looking for someone with an L&D background who has delivered Agile / Scrum related training courses to budding Scrum Masters and a wider more generic population.

The ideal background for this person is either someone from a Training background with a strong background in delivering Agile / Scrum related courses, or someone who has a Scrum Master background but has delivered lots of training as part of that role.

As a huge investment is being made in the the wider Agile ecosystem within my client this is an excellent opportunity to be "in at the start" with the potential to grow your career in a number of different areas related either to Agile or L&D.
