Aftersales Customer Advisor £20,475 per annum Hinckley Are you looking to get into Customer Service? Have you got a great personality but don’t have the experience? Then this is the role for you! We are currently recruiting for a well-established company based in Hinckley that is looking to grow their Customer Services team with an Aftersales Advisor. This role is Monday to Friday with shifts between 08:00-20:00 Temp to perm. So what would I be doing?
  • Checking appointments in
  • Responding to Customer Enquires
  • Taking Inbound calls & making outbound calls
  • Dealing with any complaints
  • General Customer Service And what do I get?
  • Full Training & Development
  • Onsite Parking
  • Permanent from day one
  • Once permanent 23 days Holiday rising to 33 with Service, Healthcash Plan, Car Leasing Scheme, Employee Assistance Programme, Staff Discount Scheme, Perkbox. But what experience do I need?
