We are a fast-paced expanding used car supermarket group with multiple branches across the UK.

Due to our rapid growth we have an exciting opportunity for a motivated well organised individual to join our Aftersales Team at our head office based in Hinckley. We are the UK’s fastest growing independent car supermarket due to our focus on delivering and excellent customer experience we are now looking for someone who has the passion and values to deliver a great customer service.

The Aftersales Advisor Will Be Responsible For

Managing incoming calls and emails from customers discussing their enquiry

Arranging appointments for customers to have their vehicles repaired.

Liaising with our warranty partners, repairers, and our branches

Following up any phone calls and emails to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

The Aftersales Advisor Must Have The Following

Customer service experience

Ability to build rapport with customers.

Strong organisational skills

Attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills

Excellent IT skills

Professional and polite telephone manner

Mechanical and electrical knowledge of vehicles.
