About Our ClientOur client are a well established Manufacturing business based in Northwich, they are currently going through a period of growth and are looking for a Administrator to join the team on a temporary basis. Our client offers great career progression, competitive pay rate and excellent benefits.Job DescriptionDuties of the Administrator - temporary will be:
  • As an Administrator you’ll be providing high-level administrative support to the UK team by conducting research, handling information requests and performing clerical functions.
  • Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.
  • Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents.
  • File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
  • Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and emails.
  • Prepare responses to correspondence containing routing inquiries.
  • Problem and query resolution
  • Ability to manage and prioritise workload
The Successful ApplicantThe Successful Candidate Will Have The Below Skills
  • Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking, customer service skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
  • Ability to keep information organised and confidential.
  • Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Office, Word, Excel is advantage, basic knowledge required
