Administrator Project Coordinator - immediate start, 3 month temporary
We are seeking a well organised Project Coordinator Administrator ideally with experience of working in a Project Environment for 3 month temporary contract with an immediate start. Working as part of our project coordination team, you assist in providing an efficient and effective administrative support service to the telecoms engineering services teams within the Project department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide effective administrative support to the project office and project teams including organisation of travel arrangements, purchase order invoicing, calendar management and gaining security clearance and keeping security records for project personnel.
- Monitor and action maintenance for vehicles and lifting equipment and create weekly vehicle mileage and tracking reports.
- Ensure data is updated for all projects on MS Excel, creating monthly reports including environmental and project reports.
- General Project administration, including arrangement of meetings, scanning, filing, archiving, answering phone calls.....
Any other task required by the role as may arise from time to time.
Key skills required:
- Previous experience of working in an Administrator role including diary management and project administration.
- You must demonstrate confidence and expertise managing multiple tasks / projects, ensuring objectives and timelines are achieved while maintaining a calm and focused approach. With the ability to work under pressure to tight timelines you will be proactive, highly organised and meticulous about detail.
- You should have excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel (an intermediate-advanced level Excel would be highly advantageous) and be quick to learn bespoke systems.
- Any additionally procurement and finance skills are beneficial.
