Persimmon Homes Cornwall requires a Administrator on a part time- fixed term basis at their regional office based in Launceston working predominately for the Finance Department. The key responsibility will be to provide general administration support to the Finance team. The role also include managing queries from suppliers, handling incoming phone calls, monitoring email inbox, general admin duties such as scanning and copying incoming and outgoing correspondence, file and retrieve company documents, records and reports ensuring filing is up to date and well managed.

Qualifications/Experience

The successful candidate will have at 5 GCSE’s (grades A-C or 9-4) or equivalent and ideally have experience of previous administration duties.

Skills

The successful candidate will ideally be very organised and possess excellent communication skills. You will be able to multitask, prioritise your workload and be able to work on your own initiative as well as being a team player. You will have a good level of computer literacy including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
