Persimmon Homes Yorkshire require an Adoptions engineer to be responsible for the adoption of roads, sewers, pumping stations and public open spaces within the Yorkshire Region. Remedial Management and supervision of road & sewer’s, footpath construction and final surfacing works.Qualifications/Experience
Experience with the ‘Adoption’ process is essential – together with the confidence of dealing with local authorities, statutory bodies and appointed consultants and sub contractors.
Skills
The ideal candidate will have a sound knowledge and experience of civil engineering constriction activities, ie. roads, sewers, pumping stations and section agreements
