Pertemps Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Nights Transport Administrator for our client in Thatcham.

The shift pattern is a 4 on 4 off basis which there are positions on a day shift and also a night shift.

This is a temporary position with the potential to extend and go from a temporary role to a full time role.

Duties Will Include
  • Signing in and out of our agency staff
  • Monitoring Driving performance
  • Liaise with Team Managers on a nightly basis
  • Concluding Night Shift Reports
  • Using in house Systems
  • Building positive relationships with the temps and the Client.
  • General Administration
The ideal Administrator will hold the following skills and experiences:
  • Administration experience
  • Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to follow instruction
  • Excellent Communication Skills
