Community Team - Calne, Corsham and Box

A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced administrator or someone looking to the next stage of their development, to join our Calne, Corsham and Box community team.
The role is 30 hours over 4 days working on 2 sites, so 2 roles of 15 hours may be considered depending on applications.
We are looking for an organised and personable individual to join our multi-disciplinary team serving the population of Calne, Corsham and Box. You will be responsible for supporting the smooth and efficient administrative processes required for the Community team over our two sites based in Calne and Corsham. The hours of work are 8.30 - 16.30 with two days in our Calne site and two days in our Corsham site.
You will need to have excellent time management, administrative skills and proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel. Previous experience of using SystmOne electronic patient record system would be desirable.
You will need to be an exceptional communicator as the Admin team is the primary contact for both the public and professionals contacting the team from a variety of organisations.
Have strong IT and interpersonal skills and the ability to work both flexibly under your own initiative, as well as part of a team
