Wiltshire Health and Care are looking for a Registered Nurse to join our friendly team on Longleat Ward at Warminster Community Hospital.

The successful candidates will need to demonstrate a compassionate and caring approach to their care delivery, working with patients who have undergone surgery or been medically unwell to support their rehabilitation. They should also have a genuine interest in nursing older people who may need encouragement to meet their full potential in order to return to their own homes.
The post offers an opportunity to gain experience in wound care, management of multiple medical co-morbidities and complex discharge planning and would be suitable for an experienced or newly qualified nurse looking to be part of a small team of enthusiastic and committed staff.
