**Immediate start**

I am looking for Administrator to join my client in Andover.

The ideal candidate is required to have at least 1 year of experience within a similar role.

The role will require you to support on Administration site of the company.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing correspondence including recording, tracking, replying to emails and incoming post
  • Maintaining standard templates and prices for both Clients and Customers
  • Data Entry
  • Handling inbound and outbound calls
  • Liaising with all departments within the factory, supporting projects engineers when required
  • Assisting Projects Engineers with paperwork when required
  • Generating and processing orders for both clients and customers
  • Problem solving, resolution of conflicts such as delivery issues, dealing with complaints
  • General housekeeping

You will be required to work Monday to Friday 08:00-16:30

Salary from £10.50 p/h
