**Immediate start**
I am looking for Administrator to join my client in Andover.
The ideal candidate is required to have at least 1 year of experience within a similar role.
The role will require you to support on Administration site of the company.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing correspondence including recording, tracking, replying to emails and incoming post
- Maintaining standard templates and prices for both Clients and Customers
- Data Entry
- Handling inbound and outbound calls
- Liaising with all departments within the factory, supporting projects engineers when required
- Assisting Projects Engineers with paperwork when required
- Generating and processing orders for both clients and customers
- Problem solving, resolution of conflicts such as delivery issues, dealing with complaints
- General housekeeping
You will be required to work Monday to Friday 08:00-16:30
Salary from £10.50 p/h
